We are thrilled with the completion of our recent home renovation project by Complete Home Construction (CHC). The scope included a sunroom addition, walk-out balcony (above the sunroom) and a basement addition (below the sunroom).
Giancarlo Tari and team were outstanding to partner with us to envision this project, create the design blueprints and manage the permit process. Chad Wild and Donny Khachada made the best construction team for this project. They were professional, highly skilled, and were just a delight to work with. They went above and beyond to ensure that we could have a functioning kitchen for as long as possible during the construction phase. Mal Benham and Chad managed the execution of the project within two months as committed.
We assessed all leading sunroom providers as part of our due diligence process over a six months period. We decided to go with CHC for three reasons: 1) We were not dealing with a typical sales person pushing a product, but Giancarlo, a designer trained in construction technology, 2) CHC was able to create a custom solution vs others' that were force fitting one of their standard offerings 3) Competitive pricing.
We are very pleased that we selected CHC and highly recommend them based on our experience. This complete project has transformed our living experience within the home!

We wanted to express our thanks for the build of our new four season sunroom addition. Giancarlo and Mal's customer service and support throughout the entire process was excellent and I don't think we could be happier with the end result.
We also wanted to show our appreciation for Dhonny. He was so thoughtful, skilled and just all around wonderful to work with over the last couple of months. He treated our addition as if it was a build on his own home and I think the result shows that dedication to excellence. He always ensured that we were happy and getting what we wanted out of the project. He was incredibly dedicated to our project, putting in extra hours on weekends and into the dark some evenings. And on top of all that he was so pleasant and friendly.

When we decided to convert our large outdoor concrete deck into a 3 season room enclosure, quality project management and installation was of paramount concern. Realizing that it would be a large undertaking and one that would require careful, experienced planning and skilled construction, we naturally felt that it would be prudent to interview and request an assessment of the project from a number of contractors.
Complete Home Construction (CMH) was one of the first contractors to do an onsite visit and prepare a plan and detailed proposal. It became rapidly apparent in our opinion that we did not need to pursue any further contractors.
Upon our initial on-site meeting with the sales representative, there was an instant impression of confidence, trust and comfort with this company. All of our options and recommendations were carefully outlined and explained and in a comprehensive while relaxed manner. From the outset, all aspects related to the project including materials, scheduling and costs were explained in a complete and transparent manner.
At no time did we feel any sense of pressure or rushed to make a final commitment until we felt completely informed and totally comfortable in doing so. The proposal drawings were done in a professional, detailed and informative fashion. We had the pleasure of personally meeting other members of the team involved in our project at the time of scheduling the installation.
Once construction commenced, the installation was done with the highest degree of quality, attention to detail, care and with our involvement every step along the way. Not only was our installer obviously experienced and proficient, but also extremely personable and an absolute pleasure to work with each day. The end result not only exceeded our expectations, for quality, craftsmanship and appearance, but the entire journey from concept to completion was a very pleasant experience in every way. Not only would we endorse CMH and its team of skilled, professional and courteous craftsmen, but encourage anyone who is looking to do a quality construction project to look no further.
